Terms of service

§ 1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the grid_stack website (the “Website”), including the types and scope of services provided electronically, the conditions for providing them and the complaints procedure. They are issued under Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

The service provider is Brief for you Sp. z o.o., registered office: ul. Tomasza Zana 38 lok. 416, 20-601 Lublin, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0000809919, VAT ID PL5170402510, REGON 384670846 (the “Provider”). Contact: contact@gridstack.eu.

These terms are available free of charge in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed.

§ 2. Definitions

• Website — the website presenting the grid_stack platform, including its subpages.
• User — a person using the Website.
• Services — the electronically supplied services described in § 3.
• grid_stack Platform — the brand asset management software the Website describes. Use of the Platform is not governed by these terms.

§ 3. Types and scope of services

The Provider offers the following Services on the Website free of charge:

• access to Website content — the agreement is concluded when the Website is opened and ends when the User leaves it;
• contact form — lets you send an enquiry about a demo, pilot or quote; the agreement is concluded when the form is sent and ends when a response is given or the User withdraws from contact.

Users may stop using the Services at any time by leaving the Website or informing the Provider that they no longer expect a response.

§ 4. Technical requirements

• a device with Internet access;
• an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled;
• for the contact form — an active email address.

§ 5. Rules of use

Users must use the Website lawfully and in good faith; in particular, they may not submit unlawful content or take actions that disrupt the Website.

Users provide true data in the form, concerning themselves or the company they represent.

§ 6. Nature of the information on the Website

Website content is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

The terms of a pilot, deployment and maintenance, and the price of using the grid_stack Platform, are agreed individually and set out in a separate agreement. Example scenarios are illustrative and do not refer to specific customers.

§ 7. Risks of using electronic services

Using the Internet involves risks such as malware, phishing or interception of transmissions. The Website is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The Provider never asks for passwords or payment details through the contact form.

§ 8. Complaints

Complaints about the Services can be sent to contact@gridstack.eu. Please include your contact details and a description of the issue.

The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the email address they were sent from.

§ 9. Intellectual property

The Website's content, layout, marks and software are protected by law. Copying or distributing them beyond permitted use requires the Provider's consent.

§ 10. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy available on the Website.

§ 11. Final provisions

The Provider may amend these terms for important reasons, in particular changes in law or in the scope of the Services. An amendment takes effect when the new version is published on the Website and does not affect Services already started.

Polish law applies to matters not covered here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights of consumers under mandatory provisions of law.
